Who is Op.Dr. Necdet Urhan?
Dr. Necdet URHAN graduated from Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine in 2016. Following his graduation, he gained one year of practical experience in the Emergency Department of Tirebolu State Hospital, where he built a strong foundation in emergency medical intervention and patient management.
In 2017, he began his residency training in the Department of Plastic Surgery at Karadeniz Technical University. Throughout this period, he actively participated in numerous national and international courses, seminars, and congresses to remain up to date with the latest advancements in the field. He has also contributed to scientific publications in national and international journals, strengthening his academic background. In the final years of his residency, he pursued advanced training in breast aesthetics and post-mastectomy breast reconstruction in Brussels, working alongside some of the world’s leading surgeons and gaining significant international experience. Additionally, to further deepen his knowledge and skills in facial aesthetics, he had the opportunity to observe globally renowned facial aesthetic surgeons Dr. Ben Talei and Dr. Ozan Sözer in the United States, acquiring valuable insights into advanced facial rejuvenation techniques.
After completing his residency, he served as a Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery Specialist at Antalya Training and Research Hospital, where he successfully performed highly delicate aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures. With the professional experience and expertise he accumulated over the years, he established his own private clinic, where he continues to provide facial aesthetics, breast aesthetics, and advanced aesthetic surgery services to both national and international patients.
Dr. Necdet URHAN is an active member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), the Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, and the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Association. He closely follows the latest developments in plastic surgery and continuously updates his professional knowledge. In 2022, he successfully passed both the European Board of Plastic Surgery Examination (EBOPRAS) and the Turkish Board Certification examinations, earning nationally and internationally recognized certifications.
